The Muscat

Late harvested Frontignac

Back in 1997 while working at Baileys in North East Victoria I fell in love with the local rich luscious fortified Muscats. I thought one day it’d be great to produce one for myself. Well this is it!

“The Muscat” is a blend of North East Victorian Muscat which I have “trickled” our own Barossa Muscat and now some of our neighbour, Wally Krieg’s red Muscat into over the recent years. This Muscat shows richness and a complexity of flavours. Fruitcake, toffee, raisins, coffee, combining with the natural grape sweetness, oak and alcohol produce a wine style uniquely Australian.

Great Stuff!
